All new licences will now be issued by Australian Maritime Safety Authority in conjunction with your local Maritime Authority. In the past 12 months there have been some very significant changes with the Maritime Authority. All new marine licences will be issued so you are able to work nationally around Australia on the same licence.
A Certificate of Competency shows a seafarer’s capability to master a vessel and its passengers. Attain this qualification through flexible learning.
