7. Unique Student Identifier (USI)
Students undertaking nationally recognised training must provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
The USI allows training results to be recorded and accessed through the national USI registry.
ECA Maritime College may:
• verify USI numbers
• access student records through the USI registry
• report training outcomes linked to the USI
Qualifications or statements of attainment cannot be issued without a valid USI.
8. Maritime Regulatory Authorities
Where required for maritime certification processes, information may be shared with relevant regulatory authorities including:
Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA)
This may include verification of training outcomes or competency requirements related to maritime licensing.
9. Learning Management Systems (LMS)
ECA Maritime College may deliver training using online systems including learning portals and Learning Management Systems.
