CLINTON MYLES (HARRY) – DIRECTOR OF TRAINING, MASTER 3 >500GT
With 28 years of experience across cargo, tug, and mother shipping operations, Harry brings deep industry knowledge from both the deck and the wheelhouse. He began his maritime career from the ground up, rising through the ranks with dedication and grit. In 2006, while earning his 500GT certification, he was recognised as WA Challenger TAFE’s Maritime Student of the Year.
Harry is a cornerstone of ECA Maritime College. His passion for the industry and hands-on experience resonate with our students, making him an invaluable mentor. Over the years, he has worked tirelessly to develop and refine our Master-level training programs and continues to lead our training division—when he’s not out delivering vessels himself.

I founded this business to stay connected to the maritime industry—a world that has shaped much of my life. Growing up, I was lucky to have a father who shared his passion for the ocean, from early days sailing Sabots to crewing on our family’s charter yacht.
My career has taken me across oceans and continents. I ran my own yacht detailing company in Fort Lauderdale while also crewing on boat deliveries and working at international boat shows. One of my most memorable experiences was crossing the Atlantic as Mate aboard a 38-foot yacht, with stops in Bermuda, the Azores, and Gibraltar.
Back in Australia, I’ve worked across a diverse range of vessels—from Mother Ships and trawlers to cargo ships and tourism day boats. This hands-on experience drives my commitment to quality, reliability, and a genuine love for life at sea.
